During a recent trip to the northernmost village of India, Chitkul, I had the pleasure of visiting the Chitkul Last Cafe. As the name suggests, this is the last cafe in the Indo-Tibetan border, serving delicious food and beverages to travelers exploring this remote region. Facilities: The cafe is simple and unassuming, but the warm and friendly service immediately made me feel welcome. The menu is limited, but the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The momos, maggi, cold drinks, tea, and coffee are all top-notch and perfect for warming up on chilly mountain days. The cafe also offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, including snow-capped peaks visible in the distance. Quality of Service: The staff at the Chitkul Last Cafe are incredibly friendly and attentive, always serving their guests with a smile. They were happy to provide recommendations on what to order and ensure that I had a pleasant experience. The service is quick, but not rushed, and the staff take the time to chat with their guests, making them feel like part of the community. My Experience: I had a wonderful experience at the Chitkul Last Cafe. The food was delicious, and the hot drinks were perfect for warming up during the chilly mountain days. The views from the cafe were stunning, and I spent hours gazing out at the snow-capped peaks in the distance. The service was excellent, with the staff going out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Recommendations: I highly recommend the Chitkul Last Cafe to anyone visiting the region. The cafe is a great place to warm up, refuel, and take in the stunning mountain views. The staff are incredibly friendly and make the experience all the more enjoyable. Conclusion: In conclusion, the Chitkul Last Cafe is a must-visit destination for anyone exploring the northernmost village of India. The delicious food, warm drinks, stunning views, and friendly service make it an ideal spot to relax and recharge during your travels. I look forward to visiting the Chitkul Last Cafe again in the future and enjoying its excellent food, beverages, and hospitality.

An unassuming café with great views from its outdoor lawns, this café - aptly named and truly the last on this road to the China border - is run by a very friendly couple who go about their task with quiet dignity. The chai here is great, and so are the maggi and vegetable momos. Come with a book and enjoy breakfast or lunch under the sun umbrellas with the finest mountain views in Chhitkul.

This cafe is owned by the sweetest lady who makes amazing food. It’s beyond Chitkul and has a really nice view of the river and the snow capped mountains. This is the last establishment on that road. It’s got a nice space to sit and enjoy the view while enjoying your meal.
